Recently had a publisher approach me asking to use the above image for the cover of a book about Bert Kienzle which is to be released July/August this year. It is about his involvement in the Kokoda campaign during the 2nd World War. Bert was heavily responsible for the local peoples involvement and support of the Australian's fight against the Japanese. Should be a good read, and yes the storm was as bad as it looks once it reached us......
