Hey all. Yes I know it has been a long time since I have made an entry but been busy with many new developments. As some of you may know, I have been working with Backtrack Adventure Travels since 2004 as a trek leader on the Kokoda Track. From November next year I will be running photography tours starting with a trip to Nepal for 18 days. To find out more info click here. Is nature not a wonderful thing.....I had the pleasure recently to be sitting on the side of a mountain waiting for the right time to shoot when I noticed this tree not too far away......right time....right light and camera in hand.....what a wonderful relaxing day just enjoying what nature has to offer......nothing else needed......

I have been thinking lots lately about what and where to make changes to my site with respects to my personal work. For so long I have focused on my wedding, portrait and commercial clients I have not given a lot of time to my personal work. Given I have 2 projects on the go at the moment that will result in exhibitions, I thought now was the time to update some of the galleries and also to put in place some pricing structures for my open edition work and what will be limited edition prints. Firstly I have created a new structure for my work. Links are below. Soon I will have online info about image sales. New area for me but looking forward to getting off the ground. I am hoping to exhibit and show as much of my work as possible. Watch this space......

This is what happens when you forget you have 15 rolls of film in the fridge from a trip to Nepal 51/2 years ago. Thank God there was something on them!!! 50 rolls of fugi velvia just for this trip at $40 per roll for purchase, process and mount. Glad I shoot digital now!! Plenty more of these to come. Watch this space!!!

What a beautiful day, a beautiful couple and an amazing location. I had the pleasure of photographing Polly and Josh recently as they were married at Macarther Park, a truly beautiful natural setting close to Brisbanes bayside. It could not have been more perfect. I also had the pleasure of working with Lumina Video. These guys produce some amazing work to say the least. Polly and Josh were also in the very capable hands of Atlantis Statesman Executive Cars. Hey everyone. Just wanted to share a few images from a fantastic wedding I shot recently in Sydney. Exclusively held at The Tea Room, Gunners Barracks, we were certainly spoiled with a beautiful location. It was a perfect day to say the least and all enjoyed the celebrations into the evening.
